Click 'Add module' in left side of 'Top and bottom modules' tab to create module
Check at 'Stick header to top' to stick the module despire scrolling the page
It shows 3 more option. 'Start on top of content' will let module at the top layer, 'Disable for mobile/tablet' will disable sticky function for Responsive Tablet and Mobile version.
Modules in bottom of the page
Top of page is regularly used for page footer
Click 'Add module' in right side of 'Top and bottom modules' tab to create module
Check at 'Stick footer to botto' to stick the module at the bottom of the page.
